The order is already allocated to a different run. Find the order in Order Search and click on the order - under the 'Delivery', hover your mouse over the Planned Slot and you will see the delivery the order is allocated to. Click on the Planned Slot to be taken into the Advanced Planning screen for the delivery. You must remove from the old run before the order is available to allocate to the new run.
The Search terms entered in the Search Bar exclude the requested order
The order has not been confirmed. Confirm the order by going to Order Search, searching for Unconfirmed Orders then select the order that needs to be confirmed. Enter all the order details and select Confirm at the bottom of the page.
No Stock Location and/or On-Hand Date have been selected for an item and/or no Delivery Method has been selected for the group. Select these for the order and ensure they correspond to the selected Delivery method on the current Run.
The On-Hand Date for an order is in the future. Either update the On-Hand Dates on that orders, or in the Unplanned Order section, open the search box and tick the box to show Unavailable orders or enter a future date.
