If you're having difficulty logging into the Stream Mobile App, then there are a few steps that you can try.
If you are a driver, you won't have the permissions to access Stream in a web browser. If you try and log in to Stream in a web browser, the only action you can take is to change your password.
It may sound obvious, but make sure that the username and password that you are entering are typed correctly. Don't forget that your password is also case sensitive!
Click 'Forgot Password'.
If you have an email address associated with your account, you will be sent a link in an email for you to reset your password.
If you don't have an email address associated with your account, then you will need to contact your system administrator who will be able to reset it for you and provide you with the new password.
