- The driver may not have the correct licence for the vehicle selected or the licence may have expired.
- The driver may have been marked as Left or Suspended in the Users and Drivers screen.
- The driver may not be available on certain days.
To check or update these details, double click on the driver in the Users and Drivers screen and select Driver Details.
