The Stream Mobile App is the application that drivers use to complete walkaround checks, report defects and perform deliveries and collections whilst out on the road.

Need to find out where you can download the Stream Mobile App? Follow our guide here

IMPORTANT:

If you are a driver, you won't have the permissions to access Stream in a web browser. If you try and log in to Stream in a web browser, the only action you can take is to change your password.

Step 1: Open the App

Once you have the Stream Mobile App downloaded to your device, go ahead and open the app.

When you open the app you'll be greeted with the login screen.

Step 2: Permissions:

The first time you open the app you will be asked by your phone to allow permission for the app to use your camera and your location.

Make sure you allow these permissions to ensure you don't lose any functionality within the Stream Mobile App.

If you need to changes the permissions later, you will be able to find the options in your phone system settings.

Step 3: Logging In:

On the screen you will see the fields to enter your username and password.

Before you are able to log in for the first time, your system administrator will need to supply you with a username and password.

If you haven't received your login details yet, contact your system administrator and they will be able to help you get set up.

Enter your username and password and then click 'submit' to get logged into the Stream Mobile App.

You can check the 'Remember me' box  if you'd like the device to remember your login details, however some companies choose to have this option disabled for security reasons.

Step 4: Main Menu

When you log in, you will be greeted with the main menu in the Stream Mobile App.

Use the options to navigate to part of the Stream Mobile App that you need to use.

Please Note: Stream is a continually evolving platform, so the screen you see may look slightly different compared to the images seen in the video or the screenshots on this page, depending on what version of Stream you're running.

Resetting your Password:

If at any point you forget your password, you can click the 'Forgot Password' button and a password reset link will be sent to the email address that's linked to your account.

If you do not have an email address linked to your account, then you will need to contact your system administrator who will be able to reset your password for you.
